Zo za\u010diatku je z\u00e1klad menej jes\u0165 a tro\u0161ku si t\u00fdm stiahnu\u0165 \u017eal\u00fadok. Sladkosti a \u010dokol\u00e1du som nahradila ovoc\u00edm a orechmi. Miesto sladk\u00fdch kol\u00e1\u010dov na ra\u0148ajky som si robila ovsen\u00e9 vlo\u010dky s ovoc\u00edm. Sladk\u00e9 jogurty som nahradila bielym, nesk\u00f4r n\u00edzkotu\u010dn\u00fdm jogurtom.\u0160port Zdrav\u00fd pohyb je z\u00e1kladom k ceste za lep\u0161\u00edm ja. Je \u00faplne jedno, \u010di sa prejdete so psom, alebo miesto sedenia za volantom zvol\u00edte cestu do pr\u00e1ce na bicykli je to len na v\u00e1s. Ka\u017ed\u00fdm pohybom pom\u00f4\u017eete sami sebe. Rovnako skvel\u00e1 je aj joga. Ak chcete schudn\u00fa\u0165 \u2013 jednozna\u010dne odpor\u00fa\u010dam bicykel.
